Who we are

Data we receive
On WhatsApp: your phone number, your WhatsApp profile name and the content of the messages you send us (for example, your type of business and what you need).
By email: your email address and the content of your message.
On this website: the contact form stores nothing; it only opens WhatsApp or your email app with the message ready. If you use the domain checker, the name you type is looked up in the public domain registry (Verisign RDAP) and is not stored. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking tools.
Automated WhatsApp assistant
Our WhatsApp number is answered by an automated virtual assistant that replies with information about our plans and prices. To reply, your messages are processed by an artificial intelligence model hosted on Cloudflare (Workers AI). The assistant never messages first. A member of our team may read the conversation and take it over. To stop receiving replies, send STOP.
How we use your data
Only to answer your questions, prepare your demo or proposal, provide the service you purchase and support you. We do not sell or rent your data, and we do not send you marketing without your consent.
Who we share it with
Only the providers we need to operate: Meta (WhatsApp Business), Cloudflare (hosting of the site and the assistant, email forwarding), Google (email inbox and website fonts) and Stripe (payments; we never see or store your card details).
How long we keep it
The recent conversation history used by the assistant is deleted automatically after 7 days. We keep a contact record (number, name and summary) for as long as it is useful to serve you, or as required for legal and accounting purposes if you become a client.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your data by writing to hola@panamawebstudio.com or on WhatsApp. We reply within a reasonable time, in line with Panama's personal data protection law (Law 81 of 2019).
