Who we are
Panama Web Studio is the trade name of eJardin LLC (Wyoming, USA), which provides turnkey websites for businesses in Panama. Contact: hola@panamawebstudio.com · WhatsApp +507 202-1694. By purchasing a plan, you agree to these terms.
Services
We design your website, register your .com domain, launch it with hosting and SSL (https), keep backups and keep it up to date. Every month we check that everything works and send you a short summary. Before you pay, we can show you a demo of your website at no cost and with no obligation.
Plans and prices
Esencial: $290 setup + $39/month · single page (one-page), 1 change per month, WhatsApp button and contact form.
Profesional: $490 setup + $69/month · up to 5 pages, 3 changes per month, basic SEO (Google) and visitor statistics.
Premium: $890 setup + $119/month · up to 10 pages + menu, catalog or bookings, 6 changes per month, basic SEO and visitor statistics.
Sin inicial (no upfront): $0 setup + $79/month · up to 3 pages, 2 changes per month, WhatsApp button and contact form, 12-month minimum.
Additional language (optional): +$150 setup and +$15/month per language.
All plans include a .com domain, hosting, SSL and backups. Prices are in US dollars (USD) and do not include ITBMS (Panama sales tax). We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; a change does not affect a minimum term already purchased.
Payments
Payments are made by card through Stripe; we never see or store your card details. At purchase you pay the setup fee plus the first month (on the Sin inicial plan, only the first month). After that, the monthly fee is charged automatically to the same card each month, on the anniversary date of your purchase. If another currency is shown on the payment page, select USD to pay the exact amount. If a monthly payment fails and is not settled within 15 days, we may suspend the website until it is paid.
Setup fee and refunds
The demo is free. Once we start working on your website (after payment and once we have your information), the setup fee is non-refundable. Monthly fees already charged are not refunded, including partially for the current month. If we cannot deliver the purchased service for reasons on our side, we refund what you paid for that service.
Delivery time
Our goal is to launch your website about 72 hours after receiving your information and photos. This is a goal, not a guarantee: timing depends on you sending us complete content and on domain approval.
Monthly changes
Each plan includes a number of changes per month (for example hours, prices, photos or promotions), which you request on WhatsApp. A change is a one-off edit to existing content; a new page, a new section or a redesign is quoted separately. Unused changes do not carry over to the next month.
Cancellation and minimum term
Esencial, Profesional and Premium can be cancelled with 30 days' notice, on WhatsApp or by email. The Sin inicial plan has a 12-month minimum: if it is cancelled earlier, the remaining fees up to 12 months are still due. After 12 months, the Sin inicial plan can be cancelled with 30 days' notice. When the service ends, the website goes offline.
Domain and hosting
We register the domain in your business's name and renew it while your plan is active. The plan includes one standard .com domain; premium domains or other extensions may cost extra. If you cancel, we transfer the domain to you at no extra cost, on request, provided your account is up to date; from then on, renewal is your responsibility. Hosting, SSL and backups are included while the plan is active. We make reasonable efforts to keep your website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, which partly depends on third-party providers.
Your responsibilities
You send us your business information, texts and photos, and you confirm that they are accurate and that you have the right to use them (for example, that the photos are yours or you have permission). If you don't send photos, we use royalty-free images. You are responsible for the content of your website and for your business complying with the laws and rules of your activity (for example, health or legal notices). We do not publish content that is illegal, misleading or infringes third-party rights.
Content ownership
Your texts, photos, logo and trademarks remain yours; you authorize us to use them only to provide the service. The design, templates and code of the website belong to Panama Web Studio and are licensed to you for use while your plan is active. We may show your website as an example of our work, unless you ask us not to.
Support
We help you on WhatsApp (+507 202-1694) and by email (hola@panamawebstudio.com). Our WhatsApp is answered first by an automated virtual assistant; a member of our team follows up when needed. We reply within a reasonable time, usually within 1 business day.
Limitation of liability
We do our work carefully, but we do not guarantee any specific business result (for example, sales or Google ranking). To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to it, and we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA), where eJardin LLC is organized, and any dispute will be resolved before the courts of the State of Wyoming. This does not affect any rights you have under Panama's consumer protection and personal data protection laws that cannot be waived by contract. Before that, we will try to resolve any dispute in good faith on WhatsApp or by email.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The date of the last update is shown above. If a change affects you, we will tell you on WhatsApp or by email before it takes effect.
